I did use octave to create Figure 6 in Stephen Montgomery-Smith, Perturbations of the coupled Jeffery-Stokes equations. Journal of Fluid Mechanics, volume 681, (2011), pp. 622-638. http://www.math.missouri.edu/~stephen/preprints/jeff-stokes.html I don't know whether this is enough of a usage to qualify for your web page.
