All of them :-) It's kinda hard to tell, but my experience (which is somewhat outdated) is that the following packages has a lot of users: * control * image * io * java (this one would be nice to have packaged as it is one that often is hard for users to install) * optim * statistics My impression (no hard numbers here) is that most other packages are quite focused and hence has a smaller user base.
