Hi I've been trying to prepare a new release of the miscellaneous package. One thing that I have noticed is that server.cc (which seems to define server, listen and senderror -- I don't know C++) seems to be ignored by the Makefile for quite a long time. The code in server.cc seems to be broken anyway (if someone wants to fix it, please go ahead). Still, this code seems to be doing the same as functions in the sockets package.
Should it be removed? Fixed? Moved to sockets? Does anyone knows what it does? Does it even work or the problem is just on the Makefile?
