Are you using the latest version of control, version 2.3.50? You can check this 
by
        pkg list

You can get control-2.3.50 from
        http://octave.sourceforge.net/control/index.html
or by
        pkg install -forge control

You will need octave 3.6.0 or later. I'm asking this because the control 
package already supports MIMO systems. Nevertheless, please upload your code to 
the link that Juan Pablo gave you:
