Hi everyone I noticed that pretty much all functions on the time package belong to Matlab's financial package. Since none of them has a maintainer, and have been released ages ago, I'll be merging them together. For sake of compatibility with matlab I'll move the time the package into financial. I'll also make a new release of the time package with financial as dependency.
The only functions in time that are not in Matlab's financial package are easter (returns the date for easter) and datesplit (I'll deprecate in favour of datevec from octave-core. Really weird that the tests inside datesplit don't actually test itself but datevec instead. Carnë ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Better than sec?
