Modified my local.conf to:

PREFERRED_VERSION_gpe-calendar = "0.73+cvs${SRCDATE}"
Now I don't have glib. Am I doing it right?

The libhandoff thing should be fixed now, but you'll need to edit
configure.ac and change 'libsoup-2.2' to 'libsoup' due to some pkgconfig
strangeness.
