The y-axis position of the touchscreen suffers from a jitter in several low
order bits. The symptom is unreliable screen touches. To understand that it is
y-axis only, go to Drawpad and draw diagonal lines; they will look like
irregular heartbeats. Note that the x-axis position is fine.
