Webtools Bombs on large import when it goes to login

if you put a large amount into the import screen then click import and ofbiz
has timed out for login
you are taken to the login screen with the data in the URL.
The causes overflows and the login will not happen.
example of data is importing the demosurvey.
Note; if the login has not timed out there is no problem.
Suggest not passing the info into the URL if a login occurs.
