Refactored Return report to use the new XSL-FO global decorator

I just split the return report into the different templates (HeaderInfo,
ContactMech, Body and Conditions)
I haven't done any changes to the layout (yet) but there are small differences
because the margins are now smaller, font sizes have changed and the header
for the line is now part of the table.
Then we can think about adjusting the layouts of the different reports (I
actually like the return layout with the boxes a bit better)
I named the templates like the original template (reportView) but I think
returnReport would be a bit better.
