Yes, Ephraim doesn't have a "red light" district but maybe David can
make a proposal at the next city council mtg;)

Apachecon EU is in Amsterdam this year!

(The Ephraim event sounds fun too. Not quite as fun as Amsterdam, mind you,
but fun none-the-less.)
