Hmmm, not an issue I've had to deal with myself but... can you 
not nominate the "logged in user" to use in the start/launch 
properties for the service? Arrgh, I guess not because I dare say 
it is not listed there and is thus probably using the IIS's Web 
user, and that's that.

Ummm. If you can somehow launch the runner as its own service 
(that's not the way WebHub does things and there may be a Real 
Good Reason for that but...), then you should be able to assign 
its user per my thoughts above. Further, I cannot venture, not 
having been near there, sorry.
