With WebHub you'd be able to stream the image directly from
the most-current file, in response to dynamic URL. That is,
there's no chance of the file being locked by the server.
If you want to research it further, the new freeware WebHubLite
VCL (http://href.com and on the D5 CD) almost certainly has the
functionality needed to do this task.
