Usually divided to approx 33 MHz but because of the divider this can vary
somewhat

Actually the speed 60 MHz, 66 MHz etc is the system clock rate, the actual
PCI bus rate was divided to maximum 33 MHz on all these systems. On all
those systems typically there would be a choice of 50, 60 or 66 MHz system
clock, because half clock multiples were used as well the P150 would be
clocked at 2.5 x 60 MHz, probably divided in half to give 30 MHz on the PCI
bus.
I have the manual for a Super7 board that can be clocked to 120 MHz, the PCI
bus is divided down and never exceeds 40MHz (and that is only over 100 MHz
system clock which they do not recommend for this particular board)
In the days of VESA and DX/40s or DX/50s the VESA bus could go to 40 or 50
MHz from memory which was a little hard on some of the peripherals plugged
into it
