This has happened every time I have tried to download something from them
recently. It appears it is referencing one of the mirror sites that is not
working properly for some reason.
There are a couple of solutions:
1. Click the link that gives information about the author. This will list all
their units with links. These links point to the DSP server instead of the
mirror server.
When this page loads you may have to hit the Stop button in your browser window
to stop an automatic redirect.
2. Try one of the mirror sites. I listed these on my page at
http://www.geocities.com/pjrdunford/delphi/
