We're using TrackDesk from Baltic Solutions, however the front end
application hasn't been updated for along time (Gintaris always reports
that its coming but thats not been forthcoming), some of the members of
the TrackDesk list have switched over to using the Software Administration
Toolkit (SAK) from Lobstersoft (http://www.lobstersoft.com/sak/) for the
front end, and writing small dlls to interface with SAK and TrackDesk
(keeping trackdesk for the actual registration process) and SAK as the
management interface.
The original source code to the trackdesk components had a few minor bugs
which caused it to not work properly which I fixed and posted a patch to
the trackdesk mailing list, from what I understand this patch is now in
the official components from baltic, but as no updates have been made
available I can't confirm this.
