Hi, this is a very non-specific question so I expect a fairly non-specific answer :-)
What do people in the real world use for enterprise reporting over a (n InterBase)
database ?
I'm not talking about things like ReportBuilder, ReportPrinter,QuickReports etc which
we mainly use
for core internal reports called from Delphi applications (cos they run really fast
:-), I'm more
interested in tools which produce "big picture" drill-down type reports that CEO's can
press a
button and have come up, this apparently makes them really happy.
Currently we have one client who has a set of Access reports and uses it as an
EIS-type system but I
would like to look at alternatives other than Access.
Suggestions anyone ?
