I am working with a client that has recently upgraded from Sybase v11 to
SyBase v12.
(Yes - they are behind in their upgrades.)
This upgrade has tripled server CPU usage and pushed response times out to
near unusable (incidentally - not a Delphi application.)
The 'experts' are scratching their heads and trying various things to little
effect - has anyone out there been through this upgrade and have any clues?
We are advised that there were some fundamental changes in this upgrade -
any pointers on where we should be looking?
