I'm sorry for posting this here but I'm having some difficulty
setting up a registration to the FastReports egroup that allows me to
post.
I am trying to set up my first FR report. It seems that
FR requires a live dataset at design time for you to be
lay fields onto the bands. You have to select the fields from a
list and does not allow you merely to enter the field names.
This won't work for me because the Tquery is not supplied with
its SQL code until run time.
Can someone confirm this?
