Ive used windows media player and nero and it just doesn't work. Nero pops up an wave file burn error and media player says something else.
What's the text of the error message(s)?
Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
Don't know exactly what the error is :>
I've used Nero to make a few audio disks in the past, and it worked fine. The biggest problem I had was a few disks that I did at too high a write speed ended up with an annoying amount of skips and pops on them. Reducing the write speed to about 1/4 what my drive is supposed to be capable of made those errors go away.
One suggestion though... make sure all of the WAV files you're writing to the CD are in 44kHz 16bit PCM format, just to remove any problems with decoding them - time taken, decoding errors, etc. You can use a number of different methods to get them to this format. My favorite is Cool Edit with the quality settings all the way up, but you can use sndrec32 to do the conversions.
