[DUG-OFFTOPIC]: Palm OS

Does anyone have much experience with supporting Palm Pilots.  Basically 
 I just want to be able to programmatically put a simple (flat) 
database onto a palm.  Does anybody have any suggestions.  I don't 
particually want to write conduits and stuff if possible.
