Hi Rob
I thought you might have seen this. Guess
what, it's one of your old users who wants to convert ! We are currently
capturing the printer output to LPT1, however we would love CSV. How did
you export to csv? Is it something we could do or would just capturing the
printer output be the easiest way?
BTW your old boss told them there was no way to get
the data out! The reason they were holding off moving was that they didn't
want to enter 15000 products again :)
Hows they new job / Auckland?
Nice to see you on the list some
times.

Hi
Rob
Advance Revelation, Rob that
was the product used at Enterprise Retail I had to converse with after my
stint with you guys.. I couldn't find anything that would interface/export
with it. We had to export using csv and then and convert them. It was very
messy, and the unlying data structure didn't help at all.
Good luck if you find something.

Hi All
We unfortunately have a clients old product database
(open revelation we believe) and need to export their data from it to our
Fire bird database. Any one know any easy way to link to a revelation DB.
We have found a ODBC driver but apart from expense it only works with
Windows revelation not DOS.
