to me,

seeing as we've got a compliance *department*, and speaking

someone who sent *1* rich text email message in 2 years at a
marketing
company, I'm leaving them windmills to someone
else.
But
uh-oh : you've started the Outlook rant : for crying out
loud the poxy
thing *deliberately* breaks email etiquette:
You
can't avoid top posting on a rich text message.
And
plain text messages don't get '>' quoted properly.
Mostly, though, I /miss/ *mozilla's* _plain_ text formatting
:)

No one reads sigs longer than 1 or 2 lines of
larger size text, so in effect it is useless and just adds to bandwidth
congestion. Here is a replacement sig:
