Wouldn't you contact a bank for this? Apart from thirdparties like PayPal (which, FTR don't require a user to register to make a payment anymore), I know Australia has a PayMate service. Perhaps that also deals with NZ currency. I know that PayPal is adding to the list of currencies they will be accepting, AUD is going to be one - perhaps you could contact them to find out when/if they hope to support NZD.
