Heh, got handed a classic piece of API documentation yesterday.

Looked pretty good for the quick once over while the guy
was sitting there. On closer inspection though, the 2
diagrams (logical and physical) were exactly the same.
On close inspection still, well let me quote here:

"2.1 Data Design {If Applicable}
  {Brief description of tables in your database (field
   level details not required) or access relationships,
   rough estimate of volumes..."


Someone had taken the doc template, put in a diagram,
copied it and left the rest of the template.

Which really screwed the poor guy handing it out
to us :)

Actually, he laughed too, and promised to try find something
better.
