R&D, produce a product that meets a need and sell it.

Your question reminds me of a South Park episode where little gnomes
are stealing underwear for their three step business plan.

It amazes me that people ask for a others to provide a business plan.
Most just copy what someone is doing successfully and have zero R&D
costs, market research, or any of the other expenses that the pioneer
of the business had to pay. They have no creativity or imagination
unless they further the business in some new way.

In this case, you have to use your brain and creativity and figure it
out since nobody using this technology is going to give away answers
that cost them a great deal of resources upfront. Plus if they give
you their business model, then they now have a competitor who can
offer lower pricing because they don't have to offset any of the
initial costs which are pretty major.

This is the idea behind medications and time restrictions on others
producing generics, as well as patent law. It gives the creator a
window of exclusivity to recoup R&D and other costs which are usually
very substantial.

For whatever reason, I see these questions coming from countries that
copy ideas and business plans that stem from the U.S.

Steve Totaro
