I think it is probably best to hold on to them for now, but also to be
sure to include on the list any that have been put into Poll since the
Auth migration (3rd August).

We are working on additional read-only screens in Auth to allow you to
view data about the various collectives and their membership, but they
aren't finished yet. When they are available you'll be able to use them
to view the Electorate information held in Auth, and we'll then
decommission the equivalent pages in Poll.

Also, the Auth role rename work requested by the OGB hasn't yet been
done, so waiting until after that is complete before adding the new
grants to Auth will make it easier to check and update the data, as the
Electorate names will make more sense (Core Contributor & Contributor)
and the Contributor data will be available as well.

Yes, to Auth, once the changes have been made. The exact timing of the
Auth changes will depend on getting Hub updated to be aware of them as well.

I'd just leave them as-is, but make sure we have a record of them for
subsequent entry into Auth.

Thanks,
