I made most of these changes from Edwardo. Many of them were excellent.
Check the history for the diffs. Some of the changes weren't necessary
because the draft on the site evolved from the text he had originally read.
Changes I didn't make:
* Reducing the life membership to 10 years (since we have a 2 year
renewal in place).
* Making various procedures uniform (leaving this as recommendations
in the process documents).
* Limiting the number of employees with commercial interests to the
same company from running for the OGB (feel the transparency
references are enough).
Changes I didn't make but we may want to consider:
* Adding consequences to OGB members who change corporate
affiliation/interests without notifying the OGB.
We can discuss these and any others at the next meeting.
