[ogb-discuss] Project move of ppc-dev from PowerPC CG to Emerging Platforms CG

As part of the creation of the Emerging Platforms CG, the secondary phase will 
be the dissolution of the powerpc CG.

However, the powerpc-discuss mailing list needs to remain in place and the 
ppc-dev project should be moved wholesale from the powerpc CG to the Emerging 
Platforms CG.

Is this possible or does the ppc-dev project need to be terminated and 
recreated 
as a new project under the Emerging Platforms CG?
