I don't believe that this question was meant to be an all-encompassing set of priorities for the future, but rather to see if there's perceived progress on the priorities as voted on the last time (at least that's what I gather from the discussions surrounding putting this question on the ballot). Otherwise, I would have expected different items on this list (like, having a public ON gate that anyone with RTI approval could putback to would have been #1, I'm sure, for most people). So, I'm not sure I agree that these are the "Top 5 Community Priorities". -Seb
