Oops, I thought you were the other Stephen, whom I respect a lot. Thank god, you are not. How dare you reply to me AGAIN, with a tone like this? I hope you still remember the extremely unpleasant exchanges we had? I am actually glad you brought it up. The whole thing started when you changed my comment of "Sun's employees in Taiwan" into --Sun's Taiwanese employees--. I complained to you, in private mail, that your improper, immature choice of the words, to me, sounded a "racial tone". You disagreed, and told me to get lost and that I had a mental case, and kind enough to remind me whether I had taken my medicine or not. This kind of issue is so important to me, I will be more than happy to re-ignite it. But I won't, because this is not the right place. But since you again told me to get lost, I at least am telling you this: We at Exxon would never EVER call our employees in, say, Mexico Exxon's "Mexican employees". And it's OK to call Sun's employees in Taiwan Sun's "Taiwanese" employees? You used to live in San Diego, I hope you know what I meant. Perhaps there is a difference b/t Sun and Exxon in how they educate their employees. (I understand both of us are respectively former employees.) Having seen you re-elected in the ogb board makes me strongly want to reconsider whether I should continue my Solaris crusade (yes, it's different from OpenSolaris, how could I not know it?). For those who have seen my unbridled enthusiasm about the OpenSolaris project, be prepared to accept me as a traitor. -- This message was posted from opensolaris.org
