It's been a difficult year for the existing OGB, and I think next is going to be yet more important and is going to require a significant amount of time, patience, diplomacy and a very level headed view. I can appreciate people wanting to have a fully non-Sun board, but I personally believe this to be a *very* bad idea. We need balance more than ever - we need people to bring a variety of skills and the big picture vision. If any of the proposed candidates don't think they can bring those skills, I'd advise not running. Most importantly, we need to form a board willing to meet face-to-face for a couple of days *with* some Sun executives. Glynn
