The Tools community has voted to endorse project Emancipation, and grant contributor status to John Sonnenschein who is the project lead.
We had my initial vote, 4 +1 votes, no abstentions, and no -1's so that's enough for consensus, so endorsement has passed. I may be a bad/ignorant OGB member here, but it's not clear to me what is needed for granting contributor status. The constitution says consensus is required for core contributor status, so I assume this extends to contributors as well.
