If Bryan chose to not be a part of the OGB or ARC, then he should not expect to be a decision maker in that forum. Consensus is wonderful, except when it doesn't work. Since ARC decisions are, by their nature, contentious, there needs to be a mechanism to cause a decision to be made. In the OGB and ARC worlds, that is done via voting by a core group after a (usually extended) discussion involving everyone who is interested. Including Bryan :-) -John
