Hi Steve,

In general this sounds good.  But after reading the second draft, I'm left 
wondering - is it safe to assume that:

1) current discussion lists would be retained?

2) the community leaders of the current communities would become community 
leaders of the Virtualization community if they so choose?

I admit to some ignorance of the general organizational rules...
