Looks good. I think the remaining steps are:
1) Create a policies section on the OGB community on os.o
and post it there.
2) Update the text on how to create a project on
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/projects/ to point to #1.
3) Get Eric or Derek (or ??? I don't know who has list creation
privs) to set up the project-announce list
4) Announce the policy and project-announce on opensolaris-announce.
