FYI, some notes on how best to record grant changes in Auth: If you want to terminate a grant, just set the end date rather than actually deleting it. That will preserve the record that someone had a grant at some point, and in the case of a CC the nightly processing will automatically create a C grant for them.
If you want to extend a grant, don't change the end date of the existing grant, add a new grant that starts the day after the current one expires. Again, this then preserves the history of when the renewal was done. -- Alan Burlison --
