What is the meaning of the 'XXX electorate' (for example 'Tools
Electorate' and 'ON Electorate')? As far as I was aware, there was
one 'electorate' (those who can vote in Opensolaris matters). Or more
specifically, is there a page that maps the 'old' terms for a
community (Affiliate, Contributor, Core Contributor) to the terms used
by the new auth system (so that I'm sure I'm reading the information
correctly)?
