thanks for the link to the old one.

i see that the new constitution is quite a bit shorter than the old one.
that seems good.  is there an high level overview the major changes
anywhere?

and it seems that this meeting enables us to have a vote to approve the
new constitution.  seems like a good enough reason to join.
