That's true. The turn out wasn't that bad, but since we are dealing with 
such a tiny number of people in the community we ought to be able to get 
a significantly higher percentage of participation. We are talking about 
466 people in OpenSolaris vs 120 million or so in the US election. I 
think that distinction in scale matters. I think if we make it a 
priority we can do it.
