I like the announcement draft and the templates, nice work. You might provide a deadline on the page or in the announcement, if you feel that you'll need one. Or maybe say something about the quarterly cadence of reporting that this kicks off, so folks know they can participate after C1? Neither of these are P1 changes though, so I say go for it.
