Hrm - I didn't see Jim's original mail that John just responded to, but I know there have been mail problems the last few days. i sent some concerns a day or so ago and did not see a response :( mostly, I am concerned about us having a process in place for dealing with these. For example, "all new requests need to be reviewed by an OGB member before the next meeting" or something. I don't know what they should be, but I am afraid that with out some sort of policy (for us) for dealing with this, that the suggestions will sit in the box and rot. Now, the policy could be simpler: during business at OGB meeting, members go through the list of new suggestions and determine next steps.
