Its my unfortunate duty as facilitator of the ARC community to note that
Joe Kowalksi should have his membership within the OpenSolaris community
terminated, in accordance with Article 4.3 of the OpenSolaris Constitution.

I'm not sure how this should work -- Article 4.3 says that membership
should be terminated, but doesn't necessarily imply that his CC grants
should expire, upon a members death. However, I don't think our process
(tools) are able to cope with the concept of membership terminating
before the CC grants.

Probably the best thing to do is to revoke the CC grant, but it would be
nice if there was a way to recognize Joe's past contributions with some
form of non-voting honorarium -- "Membership in memoriam" or some such.
I'd humbly ask the OGB to consider the creation of an amendment to the
constitution creating such a membership, and nominating Joe Kowalksi as
a recipient.

While its not pleasant to consider, as our community continues to grow,
and continues "on", its inevitable that we will occasionally (hopefully
only very infrequently!) lose members.
