Hi all,
In the metadata of the /os/community/ogb/governance page (the current
Constitution), there are some references to mediawiki css. Just a heads
up that I'd like to remove these references as they were found to be
giving the site a little hiccup because they reference files that don't
exist. This is the content I want to delete:

Let me know if you have any issue with my removing this and if I should
document this change anywhere to prevent any confusion about the page
being updated (I haven't changed the Constitution page before, so I'm
sure if there is a particular process I should follow).
