I omitted from the message some of the context I mentioned in the meeting. What we're trying to do is to revise the draft constitution, As it's rather different from what we have, and we have no experience of actually how it would work out in practice because it wasn't approved, and there were some major concerns raised in some quarters, then we need a means to identify what needs to be changed. I've been having a bit of trouble working that out from the new draft in isolation, so I've been looking at the current Constitution and seeing whether fixing the problems with that would actually meet the new draft.
