I've took a stab at some updates to this (attached). Some notes -
o I get a bit confused by the capitalization within the text, and

we should capitalize things like OGB and Electorate, but not use
capitalization for Membership, or Member. Where needed, we should
clarify we're talking about OGB members, or members of the
Electorate.
o Having thought about it a little more, I think a minimum number of
3 is
too small for a growing community. I'd like to propose this moves
up to
4.
o I loosened the language a little bit in places, and tried to be a
bit more
encouraging for those thinking they may want to run for the OGB in
future.
