Agreed; but how many times is Sun simply going to send someone new to 
plate to say "I'm sorry, that won't happen again"?  It's easy to 
apologise after-the-fact, but if you don't learn anything from it, 
what's the point?

Someone needs to be smacked with a community clue-stick.  I know Vincent 
isn't that guy... he is, after all, just the messenger... hopefully 
he'll deliver that message back up.
