...and then file a "bug" to track adding the new entries to the database on http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/enter_bug.cgi?classification=Community (choose "grants" for the component) and send mail to ogb-discuss with the URL of your bug so that we make sure they get added in time for the election. We aren't monitoring every single mailing list, so you'll need to tell us when you're done.
