I haven't looked right through Ed's change tarball in detail (it's on the DLC with the binaries) but I think he had to make a fair number of changes, and I believe there are some platform-specific binaries in the Arduino repository that you need to replace with Solaris ones. I'm sure it can all be made to work, but it doesn't currently work 'out of the box'. One low-hanging fruit would be to get avr-gcc into SourceJucer, as that would provide the toolchain needed by the Arduino development environment environment. > Thanks for driving this Alan!
