I assume minutes will be written for today's meeting; when that are, may I suggest that the members not present are simply shown as having delivered "apologies" rather than adding the extra detail. In particular, I believe Jim Walker supplied apologies in advance and was not just "absent".
Also, I note Deirdr? Straughan identified as Secretary on the next agenda. I'm pleased to see her acting in this role and would like to thank her for her work and Sun for providing the time for her to do it. S.
