We agreed (first item) at the last meeting that existing policies would
stand unless they were explicitly time-limited. I'm assuming that the old
policy on e-mail voting still stands; the message I sent out yesterday
included votes for some of the items this week, so I'm assuming that we
can place our votes by email ahead of the meeting.

Do we need to make this explicit?
